Establish clear communication channels and provide concise, accurate, and professional status reporting to stakeholders at all levels. Create, maintain, and distribute program documentation, project plans, and progress updates. Demonstrate strong technical curiosity and the ability to understand and discuss architectural designs, system integrations, and technical implementation challenges. Apply SDLC and Agile best practices while coordinating delivery across teams using a variety of development methodologies and operating models. Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for internal and external dependencies, resource constraints, varying delivery approaches, and risk contingencies while maintaining an execution-focused mindset. Drive cross-functional alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure successful program outcomes from initiation through delivery.
