Job Responsibility:
Drive campaign measurement projects end-to-end in partnership with Communications
Create data pipelines and other analytical solutions that help us track and record metrics that are relevant to campaign measurement and audience engagement
Utilize advanced SQL skills, automated Python data pipelines, machine learning, topic modeling, text analytics, custom dashboard building, and web development to provide valuable insights, optimize influencer campaigns, and support marketing and product initiatives
Key responsibilities also include understanding social media datasets and leveraging data and analytics to support decision-making
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
2 years of experience in: Leading cross-functional product development projects through all lifecycle phases, including detailed project planning, execution, and successful translation of technical requirements into actionable plans
Tracking project frameworks for risk management, resource allocation, and schedule maintenance
Writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and managing large datasets to support data-driven decision-making
Designing and applying performance evaluation metrics and KPIs tailored to influencer marketing campaigns, including metric selection and analytical methodology
Analyzing social media data by evaluating engagement metrics, conversion rates, and campaign ROI using advanced marketing analytics tools and digital attribution models
Web development using front-end and back-end technologies for internal tooling
Text analysis, topic modeling, and natural language processing using machine learning methods on unstructured data
Python-based development and optimization of automated data pipelines
Dashboard and report development using proprietary internal tools for performance metric visualization
Large-scale dataset analysis from social media platforms to support to develop actionable marketing and product insights
