Technical Program Manager

The EngThrive Insights team is responsible for understanding the developer experience through rigorous data analysis and applied research. Our mission is to deliver insights that enable Microsoft to be the best place to work as an engineer, where it is fast and easy to do great work. In this role, you will serve as a Principal Program Manager owning the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the EngThrive developer productivity platform. You will define how Microsoft measures and improves engineering effectiveness at scale, partnering with internal engineering teams to understand their productivity challenges, translating those into a prioritized platform backlog, and shipping data-driven capabilities that help teams become true AI-first, frontier development organizations. You will work closely with Core AI CVP leadership to form an opinionated perspective on the future of software development productivity, and ensure our analytical systems evolve to match. Success in this position requires deep versatility across software engineering, data analytics, AI tooling, and change management -- combined with the ability to drive cross-divisional alignment and execution.
