Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support the implementation of a comprehensive supply chain planning software package, guiding it from design and build phases through to full deployment
  • Act as a central coordinator for program management activities, including scheduling, task follow-ups, issue tracking, and facilitating crucial cross-functional communication
  • Participate actively in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, meticulously identifying and documenting bugs, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Drive accountability across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed, deadlines are met, and project milestones remain on track
  • Prepare and lead weekly team communications and recurring meetings, including agenda setting, update distribution, and coordinating next steps
  • Interface with stakeholders on technical and project subject matters from initiation through delivery, providing program schedules and status reports
  • Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scope documentation to inform critical project decisions
  • Provide essential technical and analytical insights to Product Managers, supporting informed strategic choices
  • Organize and synchronize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Proactively identify and drive system issues to resolution, ensuring smooth operation and adoption of the new system

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain operations and a solid understanding of core supply chain concepts (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory management)
  • Proven hands-on experience supporting large-scale system implementations or complex programs
  • Experience in program management activities, including meeting coordination, task management, and issue resolution
  • Ability to create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
