We’re building enterprise-grade generative AI solutions and delivering them into operational use cases that matter. We’re hiring a technical program manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. As a TPM on our public sector delivery team, you will support a large account plan, develop a technical roadmap with end user input, and partner with an engineering lead to ensure effective technical delivery. This role is ideal for someone who has deep curiosity about end user pain points, loves rapid prototyping, and wants to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and mission-driven environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive innovation and transformation by diving deep into technical and operational challenges unique to government use cases
  • Develop a program-level technical roadmap for transitioning generative AI technologies and processes into prototypes and working products even when requirements are undefined or ambiguous
  • Partner with Scale engineering, operations, and other public sector teams to build and deliver impactful agentic AI solutions

Requirements

  • An active TS/SCI clearance
  • 5+ years of work experience leading technical teams in industry or government
  • A technical background (education or professional experience with computer science or engineering)
  • A deep understanding of ML operations process
  • A track record of structured, analytics-driven problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to be onsite with the customer in the Colorado Springs area 4 days per week
  • Able to travel at least 25% of the time (as needed)

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of professional experience, often in a customer-facing technical program management role in industry or government
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL or other programming languages
  • A proven track record in B2B client facing roles and expanding client relationships
  • Prior experience delivering technical solutions to government customers
