Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager IV to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs within our Secure Networking & Cybersecurity Product and Engineering Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that align with business and technical priorities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the end-to-end management of program-oriented work efforts, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Implement and refine program management methodologies in collaboration with technical product and engineering teams
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, monitor daily work efforts, identify resource needs, and escalate issues as needed
Facilitate cross-functional meetings involving Product Management, Systems Development, Operations, Engineering, Testing, and Marketing
Track key milestones, adjust plans as necessary, and report progress to leadership
Serve as a key contributor in a complex and fast-paced environment, managing multiple programs of medium to high complexity
Communicate status updates, risks, and escalations clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Integrate business and functional priorities into program execution

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
10+ years of experience in the technology sector, including 8+ years managing technical projects or programs
Proven experience managing programs across multiple technologies and business functions
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
