The Technical Program Manager (TPM), Security leads the strategic launch and operational readiness of security platforms across Azure and Microsoft Security solutions, supporting Customer Service & Support (CSS), the Customer Success Unit (CSU), and Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD). This role drives cross-organizational security initiatives from inception through delivery, ensuring clear requirements, dependency management, risk mitigation, and operational clarity for large-scale security workloads such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel. The TPM partners closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to validate readiness, maintain stakeholder alignment, and enable successful launches and Day-0 readiness. Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the Technical Program Manager for cross-organizational security launch initiatives, driving strategy, orchestration, and integration across engineering, product, operations, CSS, CSU, and ISD

  • Establish and run governance rhythms (intake, prioritization, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure delivery standards are met across the development lifecycle
  • Identify, track, and drive mitigation plans for technical, operational, and readiness risks

Requirements
