Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the complete delivery of technical programs from start to finish
  • Develop specifications, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure results align with organizational goals
  • Establish clear scope, milestones, timelines, success criteria, and deliverables for each program
  • Identify and prioritize technical needs and gaps, communicating them effectively to stakeholders
  • Recognize, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams
  • Maintain transparency by providing regular status updates, clear stakeholder communications, and proactive risk escalation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, including managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical methods, and reporting results
  • At least 2 years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, influence others, and collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with both technical and nontechnical teams to achieve alignment and shared accountability
  • Experience with machine learning and/or artificial intelligence projects
