Job Responsibility:
Oversee the complete delivery of technical programs from start to finish
Develop specifications, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure results align with organizational goals
Establish clear scope, milestones, timelines, success criteria, and deliverables for each program
Identify and prioritize technical needs and gaps, communicating them effectively to stakeholders
Recognize, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams
Maintain transparency by providing regular status updates, clear stakeholder communications, and proactive risk escalation
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, including managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical methods, and reporting results
At least 2 years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, influence others, and collaborate effectively
Demonstrated success collaborating with both technical and nontechnical teams to achieve alignment and shared accountability
Experience with machine learning and/or artificial intelligence projects
