Job Description:

The Foundations TPM team supports our research program to scale learning, with a particular focus on data, frontier models and capabilities. We work closely with both research, engineering and infrastructure teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality. As a Foundations TPM, you’ll partner with our research teams to advance and scale high-impact research programs. You’ll operate at the intersection of research, infrastructure, and execution. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, can go deep on both research and technical challenges, and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and forward motion to open-ended problems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with research leads to plan and coordinate projects, aligning the work across multiple stakeholders
  • Drive successful execution by managing timelines, technical dependencies, and scientific risks
  • Provide clear visibility into progress, tradeoffs, and risks for research leadership
  • Build processes and systems that increase team velocity and execution quality over time

Requirements:

  • Experience running complex programs with ambitious goals, multiple stakeholders, and deep technical dependencies
  • Experience working in research environments with high levels of ambiguity
  • Experience working with infrastructure for training and serving machine learning models
