We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join us in building the future of how businesses connect and grow on Meta. The TPM team gets the right technology solutions to the right businesses faster by planning, prioritizing, and executing our business organization's most critical specialist-enabled technology solutions. We are looking for builders that are disrupting systems, tackling complex problems, and building solutions that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role with our Business Engineering organization, driving a portfolio of advertiser-centric projects that span the entire organization. Job Responsibility

  • Drive and manage complex, cross-functional Business Engineering programs across a broad product portfolio, working within a matrix organization
  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives
  • Provide hands-on program management across the entire project lifecycle, including in-depth analysis, design, development, rigorous testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, while managing change control to maintain program scope and health
  • Evaluate development projects based on their strategic value and measurable business impact
  • Identify and implement strategic opportunities to significantly boost productivity by reducing execution times, streamlining collaboration workflows, and scaling best practices across teams
  • Align project requirements and scope with core Engineering teams and cross-functional partners
  • Inspire, motivate, and focus a large, collaborative group of stakeholders and engineers to consistently achieve ambitious goals

Requirements

  • Bachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
