Job Description

A leading digital advertising organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to build and launch a new Third‑Party Partner Onboarding Program. This is a builder role focused on creating scalable systems, processes, and governance that can be handed off to cross‑functional teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Build & Launch the Program: Create a tiered engagement model for CDP, CMP, and 3PAS partners
  • Define workflows, ownership boundaries, and escalation paths
  • Build dashboards, trackers, reporting templates, and communication playbooks
  • Design automated outreach workflows and approval processes with Legal/PR
  • Develop technical runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and training materials with Solutions Architecture and Engineering
  • Establish governance, review cadences, and risk management mechanisms

  • Operate During Build Phase: Run day‑to‑day program execution across BD, SA, Legal, Privacy, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Manage partner compliance and unblock technical or operational issues
  • Produce executive‑level reporting and flag risks with clear recommendations
  • Serve as the single point of accountability until each workstream is stable
  • Post‑Transfer Expectations: BD owns strategic partner relationships and escalations
  • SA owns technical enablement and workshops
  • Marketing owns automated communications
  • API Support Engineering owns production support and runbooks
  • All processes operate without TPM dependency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience
  • Proven ability to build new programs, not just manage existing ones
  • Experience designing scalable operational processes and cross‑functional workflows
  • Strong systems thinker with excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Background in digital advertising, consent management, or data privacy preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner onboarding programs in AdTech/MarTech
