Technical Program Management Lead for Ops Tech

• Delivery on Global Wealth Management strategy for Investments, Trades, Banking, Lending, trust, Data and Compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Hands on experience (8+ years) leading program management function and/or technical teams in areas like Investments, Trades, Banking, Lending, trust, Data, Compliance etc. and good understanding of Operations
• 12+ years’ experience in enterprise level program management and delivery engineering products at scale
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Data driven and results oriented
• Exceptional strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision-making skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills backed by a strong business and technical vision
• Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools
