Job Description:

The Technology Program Analyst APAC is an entry level position responsible for contributing to a variety of development activities in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in a 24 month rotational program across a variety of technology areas to develop fundamental knowledge and advanced leadership skills
  • Develop working knowledge of Citi’s information systems, procedures, standards, client server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications, and define necessary system enhancements
  • Utilize in depth knowledge of how various technology and operational areas integrate within an assigned area in order to reach business goals
  • Assist in analysis of business and system processes, and recommend process improvements for assigned areas
  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs
  • Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
