Our engineering team are on the look out for a talented Technical Product Owner to become part of a dynamic team that brings our ideas to life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate product roadmaps into actionable backlog items
  • Refine, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate feedback loops between Product Managers, delivery teams, and customers
  • Monitor delivery outcomes and help shape priorities
  • Plan and sequence work across sprints
  • Lead agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews
  • Coach and support the team to embed agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Remove blockers to keep delivery on track
  • Track and share delivery progress through transparent reporting
  • Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a similar agile delivery role
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Skilled in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and facilitation
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused

Nice to have:

  • Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, or PSM
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to product analytics, customer feedback, or UX collaboration
