Technical Product Owner

• Lead and manage projects, working closely with stakeholders and developers across the program
• Contribute to hands-on development by implementing Python changes to address ongoing front office and support requests
• Drive project delivery by creating and maintaining clear project plans, tracking progress against milestones and proactively managing risks and dependencies
• Elicit, document and communicate clear, concise and accurate business, functional and technical requirements
• Translate complex issues into easily understandable diagrams and requirements, enabling developers to design and implement optimal solutions
• Champion and implement Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective solution delivery
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team velocity and overall efficiency
• Engage directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, including trading desk personnel, business managers, quantitative analysts and other technology teams

• 4+ years of relevant Product Owner experience
• Hands on experience with Python and SQL queries and a strong interest in developing technical proficiency
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and document detailed requirements
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
• Strong consulting and project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to financial products and understanding of trading concepts
