Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Core Services team (Platform Team). This team is the backbone of Yotpo, responsible for the infrastructure, data, and core services that power all our product lines (Reviews, Loyalty, and more). In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and business value, ensuring our platform is scalable, robust, and seamlessly integrated with the broader eCommerce ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in designing and managing the integrations with 3rd party partners and major eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Salesforce, etc.), while providing internal infrastructure that enables other Yotpo product teams to move faster and deliver value to our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the product lifecycle for core platform services and technical integrations, from ideation and technical definition to launch and adoption
  • Translate complex technical concepts and architectural decisions into simple, value-driven product requirements for stakeholders and non-technical teams
  • Lead the strategy and execution of deep integrations with 3rd party partners and eCommerce platforms, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Architects, and other Product Managers to build shared infrastructure that serves all Yotpo business units
  • Define and track APIs, webhooks, and data pipeline requirements to support high-scale data throughput
  • Manage the roadmap for technical debt reduction, scalability improvements, and developer experience enhancements
  • Act as the technical domain expert, supporting internal teams (Support, CS, Sales) in understanding platform capabilities and limitations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager with a strong engineering background (e.g., former developer or CS degree)
  • Proven ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience designing and managing APIs, data integrations, and SaaS infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and experience working with platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • you are comfortable diving into logs, API documentation, and data schemas
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical tradeoffs to business leaders and business requirements to engineers

Nice to have

  • Experience with high-scale distributed systems or cloud-native technologies (AWS)
  • Background in B2B SaaS platform development
