We’re seeking a Technical Product Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and technology. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how our software works and shape how it is positioned, explained, and brought to market. You’ll work closely with Product Management and Sales Engineering to create sales-ready narratives, enablement assets, and technical positioning that support complex B2B sales cycles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys going heads-down in technology, understands how software capabilities translate into real-world use cases, and wants to influence how sophisticated products are marketed.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of 3-GIS software, including workflows, data models, and integrations
Partner closely with Product Management to understand new features, releases, and roadmap priorities
Translate technical functionality into clear, accurate product narratives that resonate with buyers and technical stakeholders
Own sales enablement for assigned product lines, including: Pitch decks and solution overviews
Product capability and use-case walkthroughs
Demo storyboards and narrative frameworks
Competitive positioning and objection-handling guidance
Support Sales and Sales Engineering teams with the tools and language needed to confidently communicate product value
Maintain core product messaging, positioning statements, and value propositions
Support go-to-market planning for product launches and major updates
Research competitors and market trends to inform differentiation and positioning
Act as a connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and message consistency
Serve as an internal resource on how product capabilities map to customer needs and operational challenges
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in product marketing, technical enablement, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role supporting B2B software
Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems and communicate their value clearly
Experience supporting technical B2B sales cycles with sales-facing materials and enablement assets
Comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales Engineers
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and structure
Nice to have:
Experience in telecom, utilities, GIS, or infrastructure software is a strong plus
