We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can engage deeply with our technology, work closely with our research and engineering teams, bring clarity in the naming of data structures and data points and weaves in user stories consistently from conceptions until delivery. You will translate the technical and product details of our stack into clear, outcome-driven, and compelling communications. As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will be the structural backbone of our product marketing function, collaborating closely with our engineering, product, marketing and sales team. With a deep understanding of our technology stack, from the database to the AI models, features and solutions, you will become one of the most product-knowledgeable people in the company.
Job Responsibility
Master our full technology stack, from database architecture to AI models, and translate that depth into clear, outcome-driven product narratives
Own the product taxonomy end-to-end: from back-end data structures to front-end naming to external market positioning
Be the connective tissue between engineering and go-to-market: arm sales with the positioning, battle cards, and narratives they need to win deals, and give marketing the technical substance behind every campaign
Co-own the external voice of the product alongside marketing, ensuring that what goes to market is both technically accurate and commercially compelling
Turn engineering complexity into compelling user stories that connect platform capabilities to real client outcomes
Partner with our data teams to build content strategies anchored in hard, business-impactful data, not vanity metrics. When the data doesn't exist yet, work with them to define what should be measured and how
Create a continuous feedback loop between market signals, sales conversations, and the product roadmap, ensuring launches are informed and continuously refined
Ensure every technical asset reinforces a single, coherent Corsearch narrative across all channels and audiences
Requirements
Proven experience in product management and a hybrid product/marketing role, deep product fluency is non-negotiable
Comfortable in technical conversations with engineers and able to translate what you learn into structured, commercially resonant communication, you bring clarity to complex product ecosystems across teams and use cases
Exceptional writing skills, precise, simple, and persuasive without sacrificing technical accuracy
A natural collaborator who works closely with sales and marketing, translating technical reality into messaging that moves pipeline and making every team sharper by connecting them
Data-driven mindset with the discipline to track what's working and / what isn’t and feed insights back into the product and marketing teams
Nice to have
You get genuinely curious about how things work under the hood, not because you have to, but because you find it interesting. You’re the person who reads the technical spec and immediately starts thinking about how to explain it to someone who never will.
You write with precision and economy. You know that clarity is harder than complexity, and you treat a well-crafted sentence the way an engineer treats clean code.
You’re comfortable in both worlds, a whiteboard session with an ML team in the morning, a sales enablement call in the afternoon, and you make both conversations better.
You don’t wait to be handed a brief. You spot the gap, define the problem, and build the thing that fills it.
