Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians. The Technical Product Marketing Manager will own technical narratives for safety & trust, partner with research & engineering teams, produce thought leadership content, enable internal teams, and influence product direction.
Job Responsibility:
Own Technical Narratives for Safety & Trust
Develop clear, accurate messaging around Heidi’s: Safety systems
Evaluation methodologies
Research findings and model behavior
Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, truthful narratives without oversimplifying or hype
Partner Deeply with Research & Engineering
Embed with safety, evals, and research teams to understand: How models are trained and evaluated
Failure modes, edge cases, and mitigations
Tradeoffs and limitations
Act as a thought partner to researchers on how work is framed and communicated
External Credibility & Thought Leadership
Produce high-quality technical content such as: Research summaries and explainers
Safety and evaluation blogs
Whitepapers, technical notes, and trust documentation
Help shape Heidi’s voice in public discussions around clinical AI safety, reliability, and evaluation
Internal Alignment & Enablement
Arm GTM, partnerships, and leadership with: Clear explanations of how Heidi ensures safety and performance
Defensible, accurate language for customer and partner conversations
Ensure consistency across product, comms, sales, and regulatory narratives
Influence Product & Research Direction
Bring external perspective into internal discussions: What questions customers, regulators, and clinicians are actually asking
Where explanations break down or create confusion
Help prioritise which technical work needs clearer articulation or supporting evidence
Requirements:
Strong technical fluency - you don’t need to be a researcher, but you do need to: Read and understand technical docs, eval results, and research summaries
Ask sharp questions of engineers and researchers
Experience in product marketing, technical marketing, research communications, or a similar role in: AI / ML
Developer tools
Infrastructure, safety, or reliability-critical systems
Exceptional written communication — especially for complex, nuanced topics
High standards for accuracy, clarity, and intellectual honesty
Nice to have:
Background in ML, data science, research, or engineering
Experience with AI evals, benchmarks, or safety frameworks
Exposure to regulated or high-stakes domains (healthcare, fintech, gov, etc.)
Experience working closely with research or applied science teams
