Job Responsibility:

  • Support marketing in progressing the product led growth (PLG) initiative
  • Technical troubleshooting for optimizing the experience for web trials and marketplace offerings
  • Ensure delightful, frictionless, self-serve product trial experiences
  • Supporting prospects, customers, and partners in answering their questions via our practitioner community
  • Delivering powerful demos tailored to customer pain points and recording demos and associated onboarding content
  • Help prospects to progress prospects friction-free through the pipeline by developing content such as demos and getting started assets
  • Work with product management and engineering to solve trial experience problems
  • Engage with product management to continually improve the trial experience
  • Be a technical subject matter experts in multiple areas of our portfolio
  • Act as a bridge connecting product management and engineering, with prospects’ pain and desired outcomes
  • Be hands-on in tool development, competitive analysis of other leading PLG cybersecurity solutions
  • Engage with product management, sales, and customers to understand and highlight our unique value proposition
  • Use product and industry knowledge to develop compelling messaging, product demos, presentations, and sales training
  • Continually test and troubleshoot trial and marketplace experiences
  • Create content to help prospects and customers understand and use product capabilities
  • Gain deep insights into the market and the PLG cybersecurity competitive landscape
  • Develop and conduct PLG oriented technical field training for sales teams and customers
  • Present to and interview prospects and customers with technical and business credibility
  • Work with diverse audiences including: Prospects (practitioner to executives), Sales Organizations, and Partner business leaders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in prospect and customer facing roles, selling security products/solutions
  • Fluency in a range of security technologies with hands-on subject matter expertise in cloud plus two or more of the following areas: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Network Security, Firewalls, Segmentation, SDN, Threat detection and management, End-point Security, Audit/Compliance, Containers, Public cloud security
  • Proven track record in distilling complex technology constructs into simple, impactful and compelling outbound and inbound messaging
  • Good understanding of the competitive landscape for data center security products and solutions
  • Be able to present technical concepts, network architecture designs, and security related topics with all levels of customer contacts including C-Level Executives
  • Proven ability to support demand generation programs, including events and digital content deployment
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
