As a Technical Product Manager here at Bilt Rewards, you’ll be instrumental in shaping what products we build and how our users interact with them. This role requires you to balance technical expertise and product management skills to drive the vision and execution of our platform. You should have a passion for building user-centric products and a solid understanding of software development processes.
Job Responsibility:
Work with internal stakeholders to define product solutions
Create technical requirements
Work with engineering to break down requirements into tasks
Be a thought partner to both Product and Engineering teams
Collaborate with external partners for technical integrations
Maintain the engineering backlog and prioritize work
Become an expert in our tech stack and own the documentation
Supervise and measure launched products
Identify and define future opportunities
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
5+ total years of experience in a technical role
Background in computer science
Technical ability to advise and evaluate engineering decisions
Experience in a startup environment is preferred
An intuition for building highly intuitive and seamless consumer experiences, and applying the same principles to complex business-facing workflows and products
A history of delivering highly successful and innovative products
Nice to have:
