Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Product Manager to join our Banking Technology team. This role demands a deep understanding of financial services technology and a proven track record of delivering innovative software products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, drive product strategy, and ensure seamless delivery. Responsibilities include defining, owning, and executing product vision and strategy, leading product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving system adoption. Candidates should possess strong technical and strategic thinking skills, 6-10 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for banking technology solutions, aligning with business objectives and market needs
  • Act as a primary liaison between senior business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional units (Legal, Compliance, Regional Banking Heads) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive consensus
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design, then collaborating & partnering through development, testing, and deployment of the product - utilizing Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
  • Possess a strong understanding of technology, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making on technical aspects, including UX/UI design principles
  • Analyze current and future process workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, implement efficient solutions, and propose automation initiatives
  • Partner with diverse business lines to prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects, and enhance cross-functional workflows, data feeds, and reporting
  • Develop and deliver user training, solicit feedback, and champion system adoption to maximize product value

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in product management, with a significant portion in financial services
  • capital markets experience is a distinct advantage
  • 6-10 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and 5+ years utilizing Agile tools such as Confluence and JIRA
  • Proven ability in strategic decision-making and defining comprehensive product roadmaps
  • Exceptional ability to influence and negotiate with senior business and technology management to drive roadmap execution and achieve objectives
  • Consistently demonstrate clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, interpretive, and complex problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-organizational partnership
