Job Responsibility:

Support sales teams in preparing technical proposals and evaluating specifications
Define product configurations for specific projects, working closely with R&D and clients
Provide onboarding and training for partners and integrators
Contribute to the product roadmap with insights from customer needs and market trends

Requirements:

Background in software or IT project/product management
Willingness to learn the basics of systems integration, electronics, and hardware-related workflows
Interest in IoT, system architecture, and real-world connectivity (RS485, MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP)
Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
Fluency in Latvian and English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

Experience in industrial environments (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, smart parking)
Knowledge of hardware installation or production processes
Basic understanding of firmware updates or device debugging
