Job Description:

Lead the development of innovative payment solutions in Japan for a dynamic, global team! Our client is a leading global technology company renowned for its customer-centric approach and commitment to innovation. Job Responsibility:

Lead the end-to-end development of payment products tailored for the Japanese market
Develop intuitive payment solutions based on deep insights into Japanese customer behavior
Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring products meet high standards for speed, accuracy, and reliability
Implement a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve product features
Collaborate effectively with global engineering teams and local Japanese partners
Stay informed about emerging trends and regulatory requirements within the Japanese payment ecosystem

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products or online services
Proven experience in developing and launching successful products
Experience working with engineering teams and managing technical projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Deep understanding of the Japanese market and payment landscape
Experience with data-driven decision-making
