Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong technical foundation and a data-driven mindset to lead and deliver high-impact digital products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, systems, QA, marketing, and business stakeholders, with a strong focus on scalable, cloud-based solutions within a fast-paced agile environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions built on microservices, APIs, and AWS-based architectures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage priorities, and communicate product roadmaps
  • Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to drive informed product decisions and improvements
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for development teams and leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, system engineers, QA, marketing, and operations) to ensure successful product delivery across the full lifecycle
  • Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and proactively address issues impacting delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, performance data, and emerging technologies such as generative AI and machine learning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a proven track record of managing products end-to-end
  • Experience in high-tech, software, or broadband wireline/wireless/telecommunications industries strongly preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development, including microservices, APIs, and AWS (AWS certification is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with data analytics, machine learning, prompt engineering, and/or generative AI technologies is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience working within scaled agile environments
  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Agile certifications such as SAFe POPM, Scrum.org PSPO I, or CSPO are preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-tech, software, or broadband wireline/wireless/telecommunications industries strongly preferred
  • AWS certification is a plus
  • Experience with data analytics, machine learning, prompt engineering, and/or generative AI technologies is highly desirable
