Job Description:

As a Contract Technical Producer on the Performance Marketing team, you will oversee post-production processes for static and AV marketing assets. Your role is critical to validating technical specs, reducing design redundancy, facilitating streamlined QA/QC processes, and managing asset workflows to ensure on-time delivery of high quality deliverables. Your expert-level knowledge of asset specs, DAM/MAM systems, video/audio codecs, file formats, resolution standards, color spaces, and compression techniques will be vital in maintaining technical and design excellence. You will also leverage AI and automation tools to streamline and modernize production workflows, improve quality assurance, and enhance asset management efficiency. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically savvy professional ready to contribute to key marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and oversee post-production asset workflows for static/digital and AV marketing deliverables, ensuring accurate and efficient file handoff, from creation through final delivery
  • Validate and enforce technical specifications including formats, codecs, resolutions, color profiles, and platform requirements with expert precision
  • Own database of deliverable specs and their associated design templates, work proactively with partners to keep specs accurate and avoid delivery issues
  • Lead QA and QC efforts to ensure deliverables meet stringent brand and technical standards, proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Design, test, and validate new end-to-end production and post-production workflows, incorporating AI and automation tools to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, vendors, and partners to implement automated processes and improve handoffs
  • Support the management of MAM/DAM systems for organization, tracking, archiving, and retrieval of marketing files, utilizing automations where applicable
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges related to file / format requirements and delivery pipelines to reduce friction and prevent bottlenecks
  • Work closely with marketing producers and project managers to align post-production activities with campaign timelines and distribution schedules
  • Work closely with design leadership to ensure workflows and automations meet requirements for design excellence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in post-production, technical production, or asset management in entertainment or marketing environments
  • Expert-level knowledge of design file formats, video/audio codecs, resolution standards, color spaces, and compression techniques
  • Deep understanding of display and media processes, terminology, specs, and IAB standards
  • Proven experience integrating AI and/or automation tools to improve post-production workflows and QA/QC processes
  • Strong background in QA and QC methodologies for both static and AV content
  • Proficiency with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and post-production software with a focus on the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and validate complex workflows that enhance production quality and efficiency
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and find alignment across varying levels of leadership and expertise
  • Bachelors Degree

Nice to have:

  • Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in creative production or design—such as editing video, retouching images, or producing motion graphics—bringing firsthand insight into the creative and technical process
  • Experience with print is ideal but not required
What we offer:
  • medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • a 401(k) with company match
  • short-term disability
  • life insurance with AD&D
