Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Producer to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of digital projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and organizational goals. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced advertising environment and possesses a strong technical and project management background.

Job Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support content management and digital asset workflows
leverage Workfront to organize tasks, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
implement and manage data layers for enhanced tracking and analytics capabilities
ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with overall campaign strategies
identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain project continuity
provide clear and consistent communication with clients and team members to align on expectations
facilitate regular status meetings to monitor progress and address challenges
maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional digital experiences for target audiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital project management within the advertising industry
proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront
strong understanding of data layers and their application in analytics
excellent organizational and time-management skills
ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
