As a Technical Producer, you will own a portfolio of support, maintenance, and enhancement work across client retainers. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the delivery of technical enhancements, website support, and maintenance across the technical portfolio of client retainers
  • Drive backlog refinement and capacity planning, utilising Kanban boards and Agile principles
  • Foster strong collaboration across internal and client teams
  • Act as the primary day-to-day client contact
  • Optimise support & maintenance operations
  • Support the identification and delivery of new opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

  • Experience delivering digital products in technical, continuous delivery environments
  • Strong Agile capability and comfort working closely with engineers
  • Understanding of modern architectures (headless, composable, cloud-based)
