Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Producer to join the Supercell ID team within our Player Platform organization. In this role you will coordinate a wide range of ongoing development initiatives, prioritizing cross-team initiatives and owning individual projects. As a Senior Technical Producer, you will play a key role in supporting the Product lead in day-to-day responsibilities while also driving initiatives independently. Supercell ID connects hundreds of millions of users to Supercell’s ecosystem. The team builds critical infrastructure and UX that links all our games and web services together into a cohesive player experience. We care about account safety, registration and login, compliance, identity, and Supercell-wide architecture for consolidating and packaging common account use cases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be accountable for the success of technical initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams. Facilitate alignment and ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Collaborate on regular planning & prioritization processes
  • Seek & deliver insights that shape our platform products

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software product or program management leading delivery of complex multi-month initiatives involving multiple engineering teams
  • Genuine enthusiasm for games & the gaming industry
  • Experience with consumer UX – working on products that everyday people use and enjoy
  • Professional experience working with engineering teams on technical or platform products
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex software projects from ideation to completion
  • Strong communication skills and experience developing trust and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Supervise the technical aspects of the events including the on-air broadcasts, the in-venue productions, the worldwide transmissions, as well as coordination of event production logistics and assuring quality control of all sub-contracted operations
  • Facilitate internal and external live and posted productions, events and functions at UFC Apex
  • Oversee creative development and logistics of production related efforts for event week promotional initiatives, live events, and the execution of on-air and live streaming elements
