Job Responsibility

  • Conduct supplier benchmarking to support strategic decisions
  • Secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
  • Evaluate quotes, cost breakdowns, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate pricing and contract data for purchasing
  • Track spend and key metrics (savings, DPOs, lead times, evaluations)
  • Process procurement documents per internal policies
  • Draft and finalize legally compliant supplier agreements
  • Monitor performance and resolve pricing, delivery, or quality issues
  • Coordinate with R&D, Product Management, and Operations

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with problem solving abilities
  • Results oriented and attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Team spirit work and adaptability
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • Fluency in Greek & English (both verbal & written) is a must

Nice to have

  • ERP experience, especially SAP will be considered as an asset
  • German will be considered as an asset
