Job Description

I am currently working exclusively with a leading personal lines insurer on a Technical Pricing Manager opportunity. This is a key leadership role within a Home Retail Pricing function, managing one direct report and operating within a wider team of seven. The position is focused on driving technical pricing capability, pricing optimisation, and delivering insight-led pricing strategies in a complex, multi-brand environment. The role would suit someone with strong personal lines pricing experience, ideally within home insurance, with at least four years' experience in pricing. Experience using Radar is essential, alongside a strong background in pricing optimisation. Exposure to businesses with multiple brands and product complexity would be highly advantageous.
