You will join our team as a Technical PMO, contributing your expertise to a project in the electricity sector based in Brussels. You will be responsible for supporting project management, planning, and coordination activities.
Job Responsibility:
Upload and update project and planning data
Support the planning and adjustment of FAT dates based on deliveries and available information
Track deadlines for studies, schedules, and orders, and signal risks or delays
Prepare and send planning updates to internal teams and suppliers
Support FAT preparation (request checklists, verify availability of deliverables)
Provide administrative and communication support in coordination between stakeholders
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English is required
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or administrative-technical field, or relevant experience in planning, administration, or project support
First to several years of experience in a planning, administrative, or support role
Structured and precise working style
Basic analytical insight to understand changes and planning impact
Communicative and eager to learn, with a desire to collaborate in a team
Strong organizational skills
