As our Technical Enablement Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our partner ecosystem. Your goal is to ensure better responsiveness to technical requests from partners. You will act as a gatekeeper for technical quality, ensuring partners follow our Support Protocol, and you will transform repetitive questions into a world-class Knowledge Base (KB).
Job Responsibility:
Provide daily technical support for partner queries
Collaborate with Partner Enablement Management to develop and deliver high-performance enablement materials for partners
Professionalize the Support loop: Act as a 'Technical Gatekeeper' to ensure partners follow LumApps standards, reducing support team friction and increasing partner autonomy
You will transform repetitive questions into technical knowledge assets and ensure top-tier reactivity for our ecosystem
Manage the inbound flow of technical partner requests
Enforce Ticket Readiness: Ensure every ticket contains the mandatory 'Support Protocol' elements
Filter Support vs. Enablement: Identify if a request is a product bug (route to Support) or an architectural 'How-to' (handle via Enablement)
Content Distribution: Being able to send the right content from the Lumapps Docs Center to provide accurate answers to partners
Documentation: For every complex question resolved, enrich a corresponding FAQ entry or Technical Article on the Partner Portal
'Record to Train': Help record short technical 'snack' videos to explain recurring technical challenges
KB Management: Maintain and audit the Partner Technical Knowledge Base to ensure it stays up-to-date with current product versions
Trendize Lab Management: Assist partners in the creation and reset of their developer/demo sandboxes
Quick Calls: Coordinate and facilitate ad-hoc quick calls for immediate technical issue resolution or targeted assistance.
Requirements:
Currently studying Computer Science, IT Management, or a related technical field
Technical DNA: Familiarity with SaaS architectures, APIs, and Identity Providers (Azure Entra ID, Okta, Google OIDC)
Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, written documentation
Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory for EMEA scope) and French
Mindset: You don’t like answering the same question twice. You prefer building a system that answers for you.
