Job Responsibility:
Leading multiple technical teams and senior managers to deliver high-quality parking design services and policy development
Winning new business and growing key accounts to drive regional and national success
Setting the strategic direction for the Parking and Kerbside Management discipline, alongside senior leadership
Ensuring outstanding financial performance, including revenue growth, margins, WIP control, and account management targets
Building and maintaining senior-level client relationships, negotiating and influencing at the highest levels
Recruiting, developing and inspiring high-performing teams
Driving technical excellence, best practice, and governance across complex, business-critical projects, maintaining excellent relationships with the Department for Transport, British Parking Association and relevant think tanks
Requirements:
Extensive experience in parking design and policy
Experience working in/with local authority
A proven track record of: Leading large, multidisciplinary teams
Delivering complex, high-value programmes
Operating at senior leadership level
Winning work and growing client accounts
Managing significant budgets and financial performance
Innovation and strategic thinking
Strong commercial acumen
The confidence to influence, negotiate, and build lasting partnerships
