Job Description

Join our team as a Technical Operative in Evis. As a Technical Operative you will undertake machine interventions and first line trouble shooting in order to ensure the machinery runs to its optimum.

Job Responsibility

  • Apply good Health & Safety practice in the department
  • Uphold the site’s food safety culture
  • Identify categorized birds in a fast-moving environment
  • Analyse, interpret and report live data for performance evaluation
  • Deliver the departmental daily plan
  • Maintain, monitor and achieve operational targets
  • Monitor and improve product quality
  • Perform production process checks in the department
  • Apply food safety management procedures
  • Continuously identify and implement workplace improvements
  • Maintain and promote measures that support waste minimization and sustainability in operations
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Support GMP in the department

Requirements

  • Experience within a production/manufacturing setting showing an understanding of a fast-moving process
  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks

  • Shift allowance of £2.00 for any hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
