Job Description:

As a Technical Operations Technician Support, responsible to support one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support one or more customer service or service desk functions
  • Act as point of contact to support service users reporting issues
  • Deliver customer service through multiple channels
  • Participate in projects to improve environment efficiency
  • Respond to service requests and provide information
  • Provide first line investigation and diagnosis
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
  • Support L1 and L2 tickets
  • Escalate complex incidents to SME
  • Monitor service delivery channels and collect performance data
  • Log incidents and service requests
  • Monitor alerts and carry out triage solutions
  • Provide training and support to L1 and L2 team members
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, remote access and operating systems

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of service desk support experience
  • Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
  • Ability to adapt to a range of operating systems
  • Productive in a cloud-based environment
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer support including listening, rapport-building, clear communication
  • ITIL or CompTIA certification preferred
  • Cloud-based Contact Center Phone Solution Experience
  • Cloud-based IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system Experience
  • Strong Customer Service, Communication, Problem-Solving, Time Management, Collaboration, Adaptability, Documentation, Security Awareness and ITIL Framework Knowledge

Nice to have:

  • ITIL or CompTIA certification
  • Cloud-based Contact Center Phone Solution Experience
  • Cloud-based IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system Experience
