Job Description:

The resource will be involved in the technical office for the installation of industrial plants.

Job Responsibility:

  • Archiving and management of documentation received from headquarters engineering
  • Distribution of technical documents within the installation site
  • Verification of the adequacy of the documentation produced
  • Calculation of the expected quantities for planning the activities to be carried out
  • Management of the interface with the client’s technical office
  • Interface with the site Quality section for the management of activities relating to control plans
  • Management and collection of as-built modifications during installation
  • Drafting of the final document collections for the certification of the activities carried out (final books)
  • Formulation of the resource commitment forecast based on the acquired workloads
  • Management of technical project relations with internal company functions, suppliers and the end customer

Requirements:

  • High school diploma in technical field or similar
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Excel is required
  • Availability and strong interest in carrying out the role on Italian/European installation sites
  • English B2 level
  • Expertise in resolving technical problems during the installation phases both for the assembly part (various disciplines such as mechanical installation of equipment, structures, pipe routes and cable routes, etc.) and for the interface with the design part (external or internal) of the different disciplines
  • Competence in carrying out the checks required during installation, such as verticality and level checks
  • Experience in the role, gained in industrial plant assembly projects
  • Knowledge and ability to use AutoCAD
  • Availability for long-term business travel, in Italy or abroad
