Diploma in Civil Engineering or bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
4–8 years of relevant experience in Structural BIM Drafting and modeling
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and AutoCAD is mandatory
Experience in interpreting U.S. healthcare drawings with a clear understanding of plans, sections, and detailing standards is a plus
Ability to visualize and convert 2D drawings into precise and coordinated 3D models

Job Responsibility

Develop and manage 3D structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit as per the required Level of Development (LOD), ensuring complete model ownership
Create accurate and high-quality 3D models from existing 2D drawings, including hand-marked drawings and scanned PDFs
Produce detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, and details) aligned with healthcare project requirements, incorporating client markups and redlines effectively
Coordinate closely with internal teams and project stakeholders to maintain model quality and project timelines
Utilize in-house plugins and automation tools to improve modeling efficiency and productivity
Follow and implement firm standards, U.S. healthcare project requirements, and BIM best practices consistently
