Ensure manpower at the site is enabled to face challenges by guiding, grooming, developing and supporting them
Formulate suitable budgeting controls and Monitor SLA’s & KPI’s for JLL and outsourced agencies
Maintain service level agreements and keep performance indicator scores above excellence
Ensure timely renewal of agreements, submission of invoices and follow-ups for payments
Oversee all vendor quotations and invoices
Ensure proper signoffs for attendance and details for cost sheet submission
Ensure timely submission of client approved cost sheet to JLL office and follow up for invoice
Ensure accuracy of billing information
Manpower planning for the site
Conduct daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance
Ensure proper teamwork for all facilities
Assist client SPOC in creating annual budget and formulating strategies
Review and ensure data/e-mails/client files are updated
Deal with occupants’ queries
Ensure robust complaint management process is in place
Communicate and circulate information to occupants on operational complications
Ensure health and life safety regulations/manuals are adhered to
Ensure all risk assessment recommendations are implemented
Create business continuity plans
Resolve emergency maintenance matters
Maintain exemplary relationship management with projects, consultants, contractors, govt. authorities
Create and submit daily management report (DMR) and monthly management reports (MMR)
Coordinate and maintain as-built drawing and transition document library
Work closely with regional RO/HO/SME/Training teams
Facilitate services under the slogan “No Safety No Work”
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent
Minimum 10 to 12 years of work experience in Commercial IT building operation/property management
