Completed technical training, ideally in building services engineering
several years of professional experience
preferably experience from the hotel industry or a comparable service-oriented environment
sound specialist knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, and sanitary technology

Job Responsibility

Take overall responsibility for and ensure the smooth operation of the hotel’s entire technical infrastructure, including building systems, operational equipment, safety systems, air-conditioning, energy, and event technology
Lead and develop your three-person technical team, including duty scheduling, conducting employee appraisals, and fostering individual strengths and skills
Involved in annual budgeting and responsible for planning and implementing maintenance, repair, and investment measures
Maintain close cooperation with external service providers and maintenance companies
Ensure all legal requirements and safety standards are complied with and take care of documentation and inspection records
Together with technical team, make sure all equipment in the hotel is functioning at all times
