Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of technical engineering services at the client site
Oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, and utility systems
Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO 41001), and client-specific requirements
Manage maintenance programs—preventive, predictive, and corrective—including contractor and vendor performance
Lead energy management, sustainability initiatives, and capital project coordination
Develop and mentor on-site engineering teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence
Prepare technical reports, KPIs, budgets, and risk assessments for internal and client stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or a closely related field)
Valid Registered Energy Worker (REW) license
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status from a recognized professional body (e.g., IET, IMechE, or equivalent)
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in facility management, building engineering, or technical operations—preferably within mission-critical, commercial, or corporate environments
Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and complex technical portfolios
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory landscape (if applicable) or relevant local codes governing building operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
