This person will collaborate and work closely with the DSS COE product, engineering, and implementation teams to meet roadmap and new initiative commitments.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce (Sales, Service and Experience Cloud) and Service Max programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Have a good knowledge on Salesforce and Service Max (SMAX) capabilities to ensure he/she provides good consulting to the stakeholders while guiding and mentoring the team technically and functionally too
Oversee delivery teams building technology solutions that empower teams to execute and review solution designs, integration approaches, data models, and deployment strategies
Lead Agile (Scrum / SAFe) or hybrid delivery models across multiple workstreams
Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, velocity tracking, and release management
Oversee integrations with ERP, middleware, and third-party systems
Analyze and coordinate project staffing PMO team and BRM teams of the region
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members from both internal and external teams
Drive alignment, decisions, and organize work activity to accomplish digital and COE global objectives
Engage directly with senior management stakeholders and external partners
Requirements:
14+ years of professional experience leading and managing enterprise-scale engineering teams, including responsibility for delivery, performance, and team development
9+ years of experience working with enterprise applications, particularly Salesforce, combined with Service Max or Field Service Lightning
10+ years of hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies in production environments, including demand intake and prioritization, release planning, and end-to-end execution of software delivery
Extensive experience creating and managing integrated execution plans, including resource leveling, effort estimation, dependency management, and coordination across multiple teams and workstreams
Strong working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles, with experience enabling automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to improve delivery speed and quality

The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution approach
Success collaborating across teams and regions to achieve standardization and drive enablement across the enterprise (pull vs. push strategies to help reps more effectively sell)
