Job Description:

Providing technical expertise to the Secondsight business offering appropriate guidance on all areas of employer provided benefits. Supporting the delivery of the functions of the wider Secondsight Technical Team. Working in the Secondsight Technical team you will be a key resource in the management of our Corporate Identity Verification, Financial Promotions and Client Engagement processes. You will also provide technical expertise and conduct research, supporting our client facing teams to deliver their Service Excellence objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide advice, guidance and technical help to Secondsight Partners, Advisers, staff and clients
  • Maintain appropriate data, records and files
  • Support the completion file reviews and audits on non-regulated business by the Compliance Team
  • Maintain knowledge of Foster Denovo’s compliance manual, T&C scheme, operational procedures and related internal bulletins
  • Maintain knowledge of the products recommended and services offered by Secondsight
  • Assist the Head of Regulatory Risk to investigate complaints against Secondsight and identified Errors & Omissions
  • Support the approval of financial promotions within the limitations of the FD FP process
  • Assist with collating information for internal MI and regulatory returns and notifications
  • Assist and recommend updates, and maintain, internal processes and procedures
  • Assist where required with the implementation of corrective actions as identified and reported by Compliance
  • Manage the CIDV email inbox, completing international SmartSearch reports as required
  • Approving simple cases within the approval framework permissions
  • Assisting the business with further evidence gathering and then obtaining final approvals from MLRO for complex cases
