Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and provide technical expertise to a team of network architects and engineers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in network technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Datacenter, and various network operating systems. Additionally, experience with cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, and SaaS services, is essential. This role requires excellent problem-solving and solutioning skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and provide technical expertise to a team of network architects and engineers
  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in network technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Datacenter, Nexus, IOS, and IOS-XE
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
  • Experience with cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, and SaaS services
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Project management experience is a plus, including Agile methodologies and project management tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience with network management tools, such as network monitoring and configuration management systems
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
  • Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible or Python
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
