Job Description:

Leads the day-to-day operations for managing refrigeration equipment, dispensers, and coffee machines within the assigned territory. Ensures execution of logistics and maintenance activities in line with national plans and supports the commercial strategy by ensuring timely equipment availability and service performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the equipment plan for the territory according to Country DEO Manager guidelines
  • Follow distribution and dispatch plans to meet sales team requirements on time
  • Manage equipment movements (installations, relocations, removals) within the territory
  • Ensure 100% compliance with CDE/DEO Local Policy
  • Engage with Field Sales teams to identify equipment needs
  • Support to ensure deployment plans in line with ROI targets
  • Report misuse and/ or policy violations within territory accounts
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with technicians/3PLs
  • Track SLA performance to ensure timely closure of service requests
  • Support customer satisfaction regarding equipment functionality in the territory (NPS/CWT)
  • Monitor equipment stock at the territory warehouse (new, refurbished, to be scrapped)
  • Ensure accurate system entries in SAP and CDE tracking tools
  • Request transfers or withdrawals of equipment as needed
  • Coordinate operational tasks with service providers when applicable
  • Escalate challenges to Country DEO Manager for corrective action
  • Track territory KPIs such as Installation Lead Time, Cooler Productivity, Equipment Availability, Service SLAs, Retrieval Compliance
  • Submit weekly and monthly reporting to Country DEO Manager
  • Suggest initiatives to enhance service speed, reduce costs, and improve quality of equipment placement
  • Support H&S initiatives and adhere to safety standards
  • Monitor technicians or coordinators in the territory and support their development

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Drink Equipment Operation logistics, maintenance, or equipment operations
  • Good understanding of warehousing rationale
  • Strong communication skills with sales teams and customers
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel (Power BI preferable)
