Job Description:

SupremeTech is looking for project technical leaders to lead our projects to success by communicating closely with Project Manager and Business Analyst and taking up the responsibility regarding the technical aspects of the entire project.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the development team to design, develop, release, and operate applications and infrastructures
  • Fulfill all commitments by timely delivery of the deliverables
  • Overseeing software quality and system testing
  • Designing and developing ways to improve applications and infrastructure quality
  • Designing and developing ways to detect & reduce vulnerabilities of applications and infrastructures
  • Helping your team members with technical aspects and troubleshooting any problems that occur

Requirements:

  • Strong programming principles, security principles & design patterns
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, proficiency in design and query optimization
  • Hands-on experience in web/server configurations
  • Professional experience in using one backend programming language/framework (PHP/Laravel, Node/Express, Python/Django/Flask, and Golang)
  • Professional experience in designing, developing, and operating applications on AWS or GCP
  • Mastered the use of Git & Gitflow skills
  • Professional experience with Docker, CI/CD
  • Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
  • Good technical writing and documentation skills
  • Over 5 years of experience with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and process
  • Intermediate level in English written and spoken: TOEIC 600 or equivalent
  • Good learning attitude, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Proactively exploring and applying new technologies

Nice to have:

  • AWS/GCP certificates
  • Professional experience in developing & operating E-commerce system
  • English: TOEIC 700+ or equivalent, Japanese: N3+
