We are looking for a responsible and senior Technical Leader who is ready to drive the development process. Our Client is a US-based company providing construction management software to take control of every phase of a facility life cycle: from planning through construction to occupancy. The Client is looking to implement new features in their products, introduce AI technology to speed up the process, and keep existing customers stable and satisfied since the product is already in production. In this role, you will communicate closely with the Product Owners from the Client’s side, propose technical solutions, and analyze risks. Also, you will take part in the SDLS process – task decomposition and estimations – and support/mentor the Development Team.
Job Responsibility
Take ownership of the new features development (both front-end and back-end ones)
Mentor the Development Team
Troubleshoot software issues
Support the existing system
Meet both technical and consumer’s needs
Actively participate in meetings, proposing changes and improvements
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8.0, MS SQL Server, and Angular 13+
Hands-on experience working with Azure Services (Service Bus, App Services, Azure Functions)
Knowledge of the Microservices architecture
Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines
Experience in driving technical development, proposing new ideas, and setting a development direction for new products
Experience in communicating with non-technical stakeholders
Ownership mindset and the ability to balance technical debt with business priorities
Skills to mentor the Development Team
Strong communication skills
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
Nice to have
Experience with AI-DLS
Experience in working and setting up AI development workflows
Experience in working with Visual Basic
Experience with the Event-Driven architecture
