Job Responsibility:
Design and validate Smart Vehicle Middleware Architectures, focusing on AUTOSAR Adaptive–based service-oriented systems running on QNX, VxWorks, Linux
Develop and maintain low-level test applications and frameworks for Smart Vehicle Platforms, targeting threads, IPC, scheduling, memory behavior, and service communication
Monitor and analyze system-level performance (latency, jitter, CPU, memory, network) and debug issues across middleware, OS, and Ethernet layers using logs, traces, and diagnostics
Collaborate closely with middleware developers, system architects, and platform teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and integration coverage
Stay current with automotive middleware standards and technologies, including AUTOSAR Adaptive, POSIX, DDS, SOME/IP, and Linux system internals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Strong C++ development experience (mandatory), with a solid understanding of object-oriented design and memory management
Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX systems, including POSIX threads, IPC mechanisms, scheduling policies, and system debugging
Proficiency in Python for test automation, tooling, and result analysis
Knowledge of Ethernet-based communication, including TCP/UDP and service-oriented middleware transport
Experience with requirements and test management tools (e.g., Polarion, IBM DOORS) and requirements to test traceability
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (JIRA) and CI-driven development environments
Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm for solving low-level, cross-layer technical problems
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Clear and effective technical communication and collaboration skills
