Job Responsibility:

  • Design and validate Smart Vehicle Middleware Architectures, focusing on AUTOSAR Adaptive–based service-oriented systems running on QNX, VxWorks, Linux
  • Develop and maintain low-level test applications and frameworks for Smart Vehicle Platforms, targeting threads, IPC, scheduling, memory behavior, and service communication
  • Monitor and analyze system-level performance (latency, jitter, CPU, memory, network) and debug issues across middleware, OS, and Ethernet layers using logs, traces, and diagnostics
  • Collaborate closely with middleware developers, system architects, and platform teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and integration coverage
  • Stay current with automotive middleware standards and technologies, including AUTOSAR Adaptive, POSIX, DDS, SOME/IP, and Linux system internals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong C++ development experience (mandatory), with a solid understanding of object-oriented design and memory management
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX systems, including POSIX threads, IPC mechanisms, scheduling policies, and system debugging
  • Proficiency in Python for test automation, tooling, and result analysis
  • Knowledge of Ethernet-based communication, including TCP/UDP and service-oriented middleware transport
  • Experience with requirements and test management tools (e.g., Polarion, IBM DOORS) and requirements to test traceability
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (JIRA) and CI-driven development environments
  • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm for solving low-level, cross-layer technical problems
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective technical communication and collaboration skills
