Job Responsibility:

Delivering the project as per the required quality within the agreed timelines
Manage Project/Iteration startup, Impact Analysis and change request management
Monitor Project execution and status reporting
Maintain status in the Project Management system
Monitor and sustaining team quality practices
Deliverables verification and validation
Ensuring adherence to standards
Coordination with support offices as necessary
Team development and management and Performance appraisals

Requirements:

Project management experience in managing small to large projects
Measure project metrics and manage stakeholders
Strong technology skills in delivering Java/J2EE based projects
Hands-on and have passion to code/build applications
Worked on web services, UI frameworks, database management, CI/CD
Manage people, their growth, organization development with good communication skills

Nice to have:

Core banking domain knowledge
Create application design/architecture experience
Worked on non-functional requirements – specially security
Worked on mobile application development
Ensuring quality of delivery and its assurance
Product/platform development
Project management processes and knowledge areas
Container based environment, Micro services and Azure cloud platform
Ensuring business continuity with respect to delivery and technology
Working on agile process & project management tools and techniques
