Job Description:

The role involves working as a technical lead specializing in SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK modules, focusing on implementation, maintenance, and consultancy. The candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with international clients and driving innovation in the digitalization of HR processes.

Job Responsibility:

investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions
collaborate strongly with (technical/functional) Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis
configure and maintain recruitment workflows, permission settings, candidate management, and system integration activities
train end-users on the effective use of SuccessFactors modules
ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines
keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry trends.

Requirements:

6-8 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK
experience in implementation and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules
active/valid certified RCM/ONB/RMK professional
must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates
minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors
experience working with international clients at onsite locations
in-depth knowledge in HR processes
strong communication and articulation skills (verbal/written/presentation)
expertise in provisioning system
collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset
adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs
independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative
culturally sensitive and able to thrive in a multinational project environment
prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies is a plus.
